This stuff seems to work for me. I was really skeptical that it would help. I am 60 and my bloodwork kept coming back as having low testosterone but my doctor did not pursue doing anything about it. I had little endurance, my workouts were lackluster, and I gained weight at the drop of a hat. After taking this stuff my mood got better, my workouts got better, and I was able to gain muscle mass that I previously couldn't improve. Overall, if I take this around middle of the day it's like rocket fuel for my brain and mental energy-- which also translates to physical energy as well. The only downside is I have noticed some GI discomfort but only if I take it on an empty stomach. The primary benefits outweigh that for myself personally as I'm in a highly technical job and need all the brain power I can get. I've heard some remark this is the closest thing to street legal adderall and I wouldn't be surprised if that isn't the case. This isn't something I take everyday but it's been a godsend for helping me get through a lot of complex documentation and legal jargon with far more ease than ever before!
