Free Shipping for orders over $100.00

Processing Times

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they leave our facility. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Carrier Options

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our default carrier to give you the most reliable and affordable service.

  • Single-Item Orders: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage for a $3.99 flat rate.

  • Orders Over $100.00: Receive FREE standard shipping (automatically applied at checkout).

  • Carrier Flexibility: If you prefer UPS or FedEx, you may manually select them at checkout. Please note that live-calculated carrier rates will apply, which are typically higher for single, lightweight items.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO/DPO military address, you must retain USPS as your shipping carrier choice. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to these locations.

Lost, Damaged, Delays and Returns

Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delays
All orders are subject to product availability. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Longevity 21 is not liable for any delays in shipments once they are in the custody of the shipping carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Longevity 21 pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost or stolen in transit, please contact [Email Address] to initiate a trace or file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please document any visible damage to the exterior packaging with photos and refuse the delivery if possible. If you accept a damaged package, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Claims for damaged items must be reported to us within [48 hours] of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. We will email you a prepaid, free return shipping label.

  3. Print the label, secure the unused item in its packaging, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your full refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, or your exchange item will be shipped out to you at no extra cost.
